Aria On The Bay Reaches Sales Milestone with 50% of Units Under Contract

The Melo Group celebrate a sales milestone with their project, Aria On The Bay. At their exact halfway point, 324 of 648 complete units have been put under contract, with buyers committing a 50% deposit up front.
Aria On The Bay is a luxury condo project under development in downtown Miami. With 648 luxury units spread across 53 stories, the condos range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units and three-story penthouses that range from $400,000 to over $12 million. The tower is located at 1770 North Bayshore Drive.
Aria’s sales model is a new and somewhat popular payment system with a 50% deposit requirement, and staggered 10% payments at varying stages depending upon the current position and construction phase of the building.
Completion for the project is scheduled for the end of 2017.
