Demolition Begins After Selling 100% of its Units

Demolition on the site of the upcoming 1010 Brickell is now underway.
For the mean time, the parking garage on the site is being destroyed to make room for the 47-story, 352-unit residential tower.
Key International and 13th Floor Investments are heading development of the project, and Sieger Suarez was hired as the architect to design the project.
Back in March, only three months after sales were launched for 1010 Brickell, the project had already sold 90% of its units. In July, Rey Melendi, executive of 13th Floor Investments, announced that 1010 Brickell was completely sold out.
1010 Brickell is developing new condos, which will add to the pool of thousands of condo units already under construction in the Brickell neighborhood.
