John Moriarty & Assoc. to be GC for Miami’s Brickell House Condo

John Moriarty & Associates of Florida (JMAF) will be the general contractor for Brickell House, a 374-unit luxury condominium tower in Brickell. The development will cost $170M, with 46 stories and completion set for 2014. Sales have begun.
