Nine at Mary Brickell Village
Sixth new condo tower of this cycle completed in Greater Downtown Miami

Speaking of new constructions, another coveted pre-construction has come to conclude in Greater Downtown. The 35-story, Nine at Mary Brickell Village happens to be the sixth new completed condo tower from the real-estate cycle that began 2011, and it’s only one of 17!
The South Miami Avenue corridor is one of the hottest zone for pre-constructions, accounting for 27% of the 19,700 upcoming units, with investors lining up to own near the $1.05 billion, mixed-use Brickell City Centre. While 22 more new condo towers offering 5,700 units are currently under construction in Greater Downtown, an additional 44 towers with 12,500 units will be developed in the area extending from the Julia Tuttle Causeway south to the Rickenbacker Causeway, and Biscayne Bay west to I-95, bringing with them a whole new wave of choices and opportunities.
