The condo tower The Bond on Brickell has finished its upward construction, and topped off at 44 stories tall.
Once they finished, many hundreds of construction workers celebrated the event with a topping-off party, which was held in the middle of August.
As far as occupancy goes, 97% of the 328 units in the tower have already been sold. The project is supposed to finish in the first quarter of 2016, if all goes according to plan.
“We designed The Bond to be an icon in the Brickell skyline,” Igor Reyes, a Partner at Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates (NBWW), says, “As an urban gesture, the tower fulfills on many levels, contributing to a flourishing neighborhood that is quickly becoming extraordinarily dense.”
