Video: Preview of Baccarat Residences in Brickell, Miami

by , December 17, 2021

Calling it their “most luxurious project to date,” developer Related Group is bringing the luxurious Baccarat Residences to Miami’s riverfront. Perched at the confluence of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, the 75-story glass tower will rise to feature 324 luxury condo residences.

Marking the first-ever partnership between Miami’s illustrious Related Group and the revered French crystal-makers Baccarat, the high-rise will be part of a three-tower, mixed-use development. The 4-acre riverfront property will also house a 57-story and 82-story tower, besides the Baccarat condo tower to be managed by SH Hotels & Resorts. The project will carry a total of 1,400 residences along with a 250-room five-star hotel, class-A offices, and retail components.

Designed by the award-winning Arquitectonica, the 75-story condo tower will feature an undulating façade to emulate waves in a sea of glass. The reflective glass façade will also be a nod to the French crystal maker’s storied past. New York’s famed Meyer Davis Studio is in charge of interiors, using a fusion of 18th-century Paris and 21st-century Miami, with a hint of 1930s Art Deco as its style guide. Enzo Enea will handle all landscaping architecture and design.

Scheduled for an early 2022 groundbreaking, the Baccarat Residences are looking at a 2024-2025 completion. Prices begin at around $1.1 million to $3.5 million per unit, with a choice of one- to four-bedroom residences. Penthouses are upwards of $14 million. Early bird pricing is available, with deposits starting as low as $50,000.

What’s Miami’s Brickell Neighborhood Like?

The dazzling Baccarat tower will not only be positioned to capture dramatic water and city views but will also be in one of Miami’s most coveted neighborhoods of Brickell.

Brickell is a busy urban area in the heart of Miami that has earned the nickname “Manhattan of the South.” It’s an ideal location for those who love urban living or who want to live where they work, as well as upscale professionals who love to mix business with pleasure. Families also call Brickell home, and the area is a favorite international executives and celebrities who do business in Miami, but want a home away from home.

Directly on the river, Baccarat Residences will be a short walk from the iconic shopping, dining, and leisure destinations of Brickell City Centre. Finding themselves in a high-energy corner of Brickell, residents will be minutes from top-rated schools, financial institutions, consulates, corporate offices, and a bevy of world-class bars and restaurants.
