Developers Related Group and Integra Investments unveiled their plans for The St. Regis Residences, Brickell this December, ushering in a new age of hospitality and 5-star living in the southern, waterfront end of this key financial district. Two ultra-luxury, glass condo towers designed by acclaimed architect Robert A.M. Stern will stand overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Marking the second St. Regis project in Miami, after Bal Harbour’s resort residences, this waterfront enclave is planned with only condo residences and no hotel. However, the waterfront condo towers will feature strong ties to New York – not only in their St. Regis legacy and historic service standards but also in their design sensibilities. With New York-based Robert A. M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) handling architecture and New York’s award-winning Rockwell Group handling interiors, the two towers will be looking to bring the luxurious spirit of New York to Miami’s central financial district.
Ready to transform 1809 Brickell Avenue into one of Miami’s definitive addresses, the two St. Regis condo towers will replace a building formerly housing retirees. Split into the East and West towers, the branded luxury project will deliver a total of 354 bespoke residences. Reservations are expected to begin in January for the 48-story, 154-unit East Tower featuring only 4 residences per floor. The 47-story West Tower is expected to offer an equally sophisticated experience.
While a full list of amenities is yet to be revealed, buyers can look forward to experiencing St. Regis’ historic 5-star services and hotel-inspired facilities in everyday living. Touted to be one of the most expensive condo projects in Miami, developers will spare no expense in delivering state-of-the-art waterfront living. Related Group also recently launched Baccarat Residences Brickell, also regarded as one of the developer’s most luxurious projects.
Brickell’s waterfront St. Regis Residences will feature 55,000 square feet of amenity space, inclusive of an indoor lap pool and an iconic St. Regis Tea Room. The towers will also come serviced by a private marina, spa, and St. Regis’ signature Butler Service.
Condos at The St. Regis Residences are expected to range from 1,300 square feet to 7,000 square feet in size, with a choice of one-bedroom to duplex homes. Prices are expected to start at $2,000,000.
Over the past year, Brickell has truly cemented its status as the “Manhattan of the South,” with businesses of every size and stature migrating to this financial hub (especially from the North East and Silicon Valley). Making the most of this opportunity and adding how Brickell is “an international metropolis for a new era of connoisseurs,” Related Group is looking to move full steam ahead on this ultra-luxury project. Construction on the St. Regis Residences is expected to start in 2022, with projected completion for Q4 of 2025.
Living in South Brickell, residents of these branded luxury condos will not only be minutes from a plethora of banks and financial institutions, but also a collection of consulates, corporate offices, fine-dining restaurants, and world-class bars. By car, Brickell City Centre will be less than 10 minutes, Downtown’s FTX Arena will be 15 minutes, Arts & Entertainment District will be under 20 minutes, Miami International Airport will be 20 minutes, Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne are 15 minutes, and South Beach will be 25 minutes.
