Amenities will include an energized rooftop pool and social lounge, a European-style spa with organic tea service, a space-inspired sensory room, an art studio, 24,000 square feet of ground-level space for retail and café use, plus more.

2700 NW 2nd Avenue – a block from Wynwood Walls
Completion expected: 2024
Those who’ve been missing the NoMad Hotel experience in New York (or have stayed at the Hotels in London, Las Angeles or Las Vegas) can now live the NoMad lifestyle. Partnering with the Related Group, the Sydell Group will offer its signature hospitality brand as a condo in Wynwood’s colorful arts district. Rising only 9 stories with 329 luxury condos, from studios to 2 bedrooms, the Arquitectonica-designed building will come anchored by a 13,000 square-foot Casa Tua Cucina on its ground floor.
Considering NoMad condo’s Wynwood location, the mid-rise will not only feature commissioned artwork and murals prominently, but also have museum-quality art from Jorge Pérez’s personal collection. Besides avant-garde interiors by Design Agency, residents will be able to enjoy a rooftop NoMad restaurant and bar helmed by the James Beard Award-winning Leo Robitschek, a fully-serviced pool with private cabanas, an indoor-outdoor fitness center, a NoMad library and lounge concept, co-working spaces, and more. 136 NW 26 Street – next door to the Original Selfie Museum

Almost completed, the boutique Wynwood Atriums will be a unique live-play-rent condo experience. Designed by the Brickell-based Hernado A. Carrillo, this vibrant boutique building rises 5 stories with only 32 fully-furnished micro units in the heart of Wynwood. Featuring a playful, mural-adorned exterior, each turnkey unit will be outfitted with engineered wood flooring, a functional kitchen, energy-efficient cooling, designer bath fixtures, and more.

With the motto “home is where the art is,” each balcony at 250 Wynwood features original artwork curated by Wynwood gallerist phenom and Art Basel exhibitor Anthony Spinello. Designed by the New York-based Laith Sayigh (formerly of Foster + Partners), this vibrant boutique building rises 6 stories with only 11 units.
Within walking distance to everything Wynwood, the mid-rise is home to a rooftop sundeck and interiors by Marcus Schwader and Sebastian Lang. All residences in this boutique building feature 10-foot-high ceilings, oversized private balconies, “disappearing” linear kitchens with Bosch and Miele appliances, Treefrog sandblasted Teak Sabbiata wood veneer cabinets, pure white quartzite kitchen and bath vanity countertops, and more.
250 NW 23rd Street – next door to Wynwood ArtWalk
Built in: 2005
Those in love with loft-style living will especially appreciate this historic live-work building converted in 2005. Designed to emulate the lofts of New York, this 4-story building is home to only 36 industrial-style units. Each spacious residence comes with 12-foot-high ceilings, raw concrete floors, exposed piping, and stainless steel appliances. Residents of this pet-friendly building also get access to a rooftop pool.
