Wynwood Condos - NoMad Residences, Diesel and More Condos in Miami’s Growing Arts District

by , April 22, 2022

Wynwood is known as the centerpiece of Miami's street art revolution. From a rundown district of empty warehouses about two decades ago to a destination for world-class murals, art galleries, inventive restaurants, and entertainment options, this young neighborhood has come a long way.

What was once a blank landscape is now in the middle of a nascent building boom with new luxury apartments, offices, retail, hotels, and now, luxury condos in the works. Due to its central location, tech-friendly attitude, eclectic vibe, Wynwood has turned into a key site for new developments and demand, attracting international investors and top names in hospitality.

Wynwood’s Unique Appeal

Before we take a look at all the new and not-so-old condos in Wynwood, let’s talk about what has developers eyeing this upcoming neighborhood and what makes it different than other Miami neighborhoods:

  • “Come build your future with us” is the general sentiment resonating across Miami, and Wynwood is no exception. After hosting NFT Week and the Bitcoin conference this year, Wynwood has hit the spotlight for techies and crypto-enthusiasts across the globe, especially with many tech, design and financial companies calling Wynwood home in the last year.
  • Unlike other nearby neighborhoods like Edgewater and Downtown, the district has its height restrictions in place, giving its density and community a different feel, and pushing developers to build condos that resonate with the vocabulary of this thriving arts district.
  • A bird’s eye view shows Wynwood rubs shoulders with key destination neighborhoods in Miami, such as the Design District, Midtown Miami, Edgewater, plus the Arts & Entertainment District. It is also just 10 minutes from more entertainment in Downtown, 20 minutes from business in Brickell, and 30 minutes from Miami Beach.
  • With the iconic Wynwood Walls and other cool projects attracting creative folk, galleries and visitors, Wynwood will remain a top cultural destination for years to come.

So let’s take a look at the upcoming and built-out condos you’ll find in Miami’s Wynwood:
