The Four Seasons Residences & Hotel in Miami At a height of 789 feet (240 m), with 70 floors, it is the second tallest building in Florida, the second tallest building in the United States south of Atlanta, Georgia, and the second tallest residential building south of New York City. (Panorama Tower, a rental building in Brickell, is the tallest at 828 feet)

The building was planned by Gary Edward Handel & Associates. Construction began in 2000 and the building opened on October 1, 2003. The building contains 70 floors. It surpassed Wachovia Financial Center as Miami's tallest building by 7 m (25 ft).  The Four Seasons tower has 230,000 square feet (21,000 m²) of Class A office space from floors 2 to 12. They are mostly occupied by HSBC Bank USA.
There are two lobbies on the first and seventh floor. The first floor lobby is for the office part of the tower and the seventh floor lobby is for the rest of the tower, which contains the hotel and condominiums.
Part of the seventh floor lobby is a two acre (8,000 m²) outdoor pool terrace, situated atop the six floor, 934 space parking garage.

The Four Seasons Hotel occupies floors 8 to 40. It contains 221 rooms and 84 condo/hotel units. The condo/hotel units range from 611 to 2,062 square feet (57 to 192 m²). The Four Seasons Condo features 186 luxury condominiums and occupy floors 40 to 70. They range from 1,114 to 6,499 square feet (103 to 604 m²). A 40,000 square foot (3,700 m²) Sports Club/LA Miami also occupies the tower.

Four Seasons Brickell Miami two-acre space is home to several pools, sun decks, the Bahia Bar, Acqua Restaurant and a watery grove of lush royal palms set against the backdrop of the Miami skyline. After briefly break another Miami record in August 2012 (a $15 million condo; the highest on the market at the time), the Four Seasons Residences has smashed yet another record in the Miami housing market: the highest amount paid per square foot in the Brickell corridor. An unnamed, yet renowned, European tennis player recently purchased a $5.2 million penthouse on the 70th floor of the Four Seasons Residences, at a footage cost of $1,500 per square foot. The purchase made the penthouse the most expensive unit in the building at up to three times the average square-footage cost for housing in the area. Indeed, real estate prices for other residential units in neighboring buildings sit between $500 and $1,000 per square foot. And as Brickell continues to impress with its booming local economy, the celebrity buyer has expressed being confident that the unit will gain significantly more value over time. Given that the seller, a Miami-based spinal surgeon, originally purchased the unit eight years ago for the kingly sum of $4.15 million, it is likely that the tennis star’s faith is well placed. And what did our nameless superstar gain from his record-breaking purchase? For starters, a residence at the uppermost point in the tallest tower south of New York City. The penthouse itself is 3,452 square feet with a master suite, room-sized bath, and hotel-styled amenities such as daily housekeeping and unlimited spa access.
