Paramount Miami Worldcenter’s sales gallery to make its debut
As the Paramount Miami Worldcenter is beginning its launch, developers have made for some astounding developments for its sales gallery. Paramount will be a 60-story condo tower that will be placed directly on top of the Miami Worldcenter Mall. Developers of Paramount are getting ready for its unveiling. They have created 3-D videos on 36 screens which is the backdrop of a scale model of Paramount, along with the world’s largest disco ball at 20 feet in diameter. On the first public sight of the scale model, there were many portions of it that had notable features. One of which is a recreation deck on the ninth floor, which will be nine-acres of space, and will include a soccer field, two tennis courts, a pool, a vita course, and many two-story villas near the pools designed in a Balinese style. This scale model was the final piece of the $2 million puzzle that is the sales building. All of these unveilings and new advertisements were part of a 6,000 square-foot sales gallery that developers say are supposed to give “the experience, the style of what is about to be here.” Paramount began sales in November and has already reserved 25% of their units. Buyers are from 20 different countries, being led by Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Venezuela. However, there have been a few buyers from China, which Miami is receiving a lot of interest from there recently. Source: therealdeal.com Photo credit: Renderings - paramountmiami.com

New Soccer Field Coming to Paramount Miami Worldcenter
As the Miami Worldcenter is developing its recently announced Paramount section of the megaproject, Miami Worldcenter, a new soccer field is being added to the ninth floor, complete with all the needs and amenities of a fun day of soccer. Daniel Kodsi, developer of Paramount Miami Worldcenter, released this information and a rendering of the 60-story project, saying that the ninth floor will be the “recreation deck,” and will house tennis courts, pools, a running course, and of course, the soccer field. 12 Balinese-styled, two-story villas are around the pools, while other water features will be scattered on the same floor. On the recreation deck’s indoor section, residents are able to work out in the fitness center or boxing studio, or enjoy the jam room with drums, guitars, a piano, and a recording room. The $400 million Paramount condo project is being developed in partnership with developers Nitin Motwani and Arthur Falcone of the Miami Worldcenter. It is expected to finish by the summer of 2018. The billion dollar Miami Worldcenter is being built on 28 acres of land in the downtown Miami area. It is being built by Suffolk Construction. 100 Montaditos Introduces Authentic Spanish Cuisine to Downtown Miami’s Restaurant Scene
Lovingly referred to as the “dollar store” of fast-food franchises, 100 Montaditos first burst onto the South Florida scene in early 2011when the first of its kind opened in mid-town Miami. Bringing with it the Spanish-inspired recipes and selection that have made it a world-renowned eatery, 100 Montaditos serves up its signature Serrano ham on olive-oil soaked oven-fresh bread for just $1\. The franchise now hosts five locations in South Florida with the most recent addition coming in July to a 3,100-square-foot location at the Vizcayne condominiums in downtown Miami, near the American Airlines Arena. The addition of 100 Montaditos to Miami’s restaurant scene cannot be understated in the value it brings to Miami’s selection of hot, new restaurants. With the ambience of a modern pub, food offerings steeped in Spanish history, and a price point that easily compares to the best other fast-food joints have to offer, 100 Montaditos is well positioned to take the region by storm. The owner of the new location, Jesus Ornia spoke confidently when he said, “I fully believe that this concept, which has been successful in Spain, will also be successful in the U.S.” The star of the menu is the $1 baguette bread (imported from Spain) sandwiches that come in one of ten varieties such as Serrano ham, pulled bbq pork, smoked salmon, and chorizo. The sister sandwich montaditos (tortilla Espanola) is fifty cents more and comes with chipotle aioli, tuna with Caesar dressing, and grilled chicken with brava sauce. The selection continues to expand with more meats and cheese but no sandwich exceeds $2.50. Other 100 Montaditos locations in South Florida include The Shops at Midtown at 3252 NE 1st St in Miami, 1520 Washington Ave. in Miami Beach, 801 S. University Dr. in Plantation, 11007 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines, and at 230 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. The company plans to continue expanding into the area hoping to have between 10 to 12 restaurants opened or under construction by the end of the year. _As a downtown Miami condo owner, will 100 Montaditos become your favorite neighborhood restaurant? Or do you have your own? Chime in!_
