95% of All Units Have Been Sold at the Soon-to-Be-Finished Biscayne Beach Luxury Condo Tower

As the property value of real estate in Miami is constantly going up, a new luxury condo tower is already underway in East Edgewater. Biscayne Beach, a 51-story, 399-unit condo tower along Biscayne Bay is already passing its fifth floor in construction. Contractors expect to complete one floor every week for the next 40 to 50 weeks. The project is expected to finish construction in 2016. Eastview Development, a real estate development firm based out of South Florida, and GTIS Partners, a global real estate investment firm based out of New York City, are partnering up for Biscayne Beach. With 95% of their units already pre-sold, there are only a few penthouses left for sale. At 12,000 square-feet in size, the tower offers the penthouse owners 12 to 14 foot ceilings, outdoor living spaces, excellent views of Miami, and private rooftop terraces with swimming pools and outdoor kitchens. Biscayne Beach Condo Tower Receives a $120 Million Construction Loan

Creators of the renowned Biscayne Beach have obtained a $120 million construction loan for the development of the upcoming condo tower. A partner of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies awarded the loan, which allows for developers to pull an additional $120 million, capped out at $240 million, for the 51-story project. Developers GTIS Partners and Eastview Development have teamed up to create the 399-unit project. The duo partnered on the purchase of the property in April 2013\. They purchased the property for $29 million. Pre-sales commenced for the condo tower in July. Construction is already underway for Biscayne Beach, having already started their construction in April. WHLC Architecture teamed up with Miami’s BC Architects to tackle the architectural design. Moss Construction is the contractor for the construction. A new 51-floor condo tower will soon appear along Biscayne Bay. The project introduces 399 new luxury suites to Miami's Edgewater East neighborhood. Eastview Development is teaming up with GTIS Partners to create a new project they call Biscayne Beach. “East Edgewater is one of Miami’s last prominent waterfront neighborhoods to come into its own,” Reid Boren, a partner with Eastview said, “It’s one of the fastest-emerging neighborhoods, right on the water, with spectacular views of Biscayne Bay.” Located at 711 Northeast 29th Street, the sky-scraping condo, designed by WHLC Architecture, will be situated on a 2.8 acre plot near the central business district of Miami, next to the design district and midtown. Biscayne Beach will include a VIP Beach Club, along with many other high-end amenities which will attract foreign and domestic buyers looking for top of the line beachfront accommodations. Prices for residences at Biscayne Beach vary greatly. Smaller units start at $400,000 and quickly rise up to $9 million for a penthouse suite.
