Bath Club Project Asks $50 Million for Custom Penthouse
A developer is attempting to reestablish a new pricing peak for the luxury condo market in Miami. Don Peebles is creating his all new Bath Club Estates project with an asking price of $50 million for a five-bedroom, 9,200 square-foot penthouse that includes an additional 9,000 square-feet of outdoor space. The unit will be the second in the city listed at $50 million. A penthouse at Faena House was listed for the same price. Any purchaser of the Bath Club penthouse will have the ability to develop their own custom unit layout. Units will also include a porch that wraps around the outside, giving views of the ocean, downtown Miami, and Biscayne Bay. A home theatre, private elevator, and private rooftop terrace with a pool are included as well. Chris Leavitt, Real Estate broker for the project said, “There’s a very high demand for these types of properties.” He believes that Peebles’ plan for this condo will be successful.
