Lavish and modern, MEI is a 22-story, oriental inspired condo located on Millionaire’s Row in Miami Beach
MEI is Mandarin for beauty and femininity, and what an apt description this is. The building’s architecture is not only easy on the eye but also brilliantly functional. Built with limestone and teak, the building has a premium feel that pays tribute to its Far-Eastern inspiration. Modern technology used throughout the development adds another layer of comfort and luxury for residents. Millionaires Row is a prime stretch of Miami Beach perfect for a discerning buyer offering a wide variety of restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
Developed by PMG Collins and finished in 2008, the interior was done by hotel design firm, Hirsch Bedner Interior Designers. Hirsch Bedner have also done interior design for the likes of Ritz-Carlton and The Four Seasons. MEI’s architecture was designed by Kobi Karp.
The amenities at MEI are state of the art. The building has a fully equipped fitness center and yoga studio. MEI also benefits from a spa as well as a resident masseuse. The library is another thoughtful addition, giving residents the opportunity to unwind with a collection of collectible and classic books. Beyond the building, outdoor amenities include an infinity pool amongst a number of water features all set within lush tropical gardens. MEI in Miami Beach consists of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences with a total of 135 units and 22 floors. The condos range in size from 780 square feet to 1740 square feet.
Each condo in MEI is fitted with top of the line fixtures and finishes. The kitchens benefit from tempered glass counters and premium Bosch appliances. Marble is used throughout the wet rooms with Kohler showers for maximum comfort.
