The condo tower The Bond on Brickell has finished its upward construction, and topped off at 44 stories tall. Once they finished, many hundreds of construction workers celebrated the event with a topping-off party, which was held in the middle of August. As far as occupancy goes, 97% of the 328 units in the tower have already been sold.
